Terms & Conditions

Every purchase of products or services through OPENDOEK's digital and physical channels is subject to the general terms and conditions set out below.

OPENDOEK reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will always be published on this website. Any new purchase of services or products through OPENDOEK’s sales channels will be considered acceptance of the amended general terms and conditions.

Membership and temporary insurance

When an association purchases a membership and/or temporary insurance from OPENDOEK, either via the online members portal mijn.opendoek or at the reception desk of OPENDOEK’s registered office, the purchase becomes final from the moment the sales invoice is issued.

When an individual purchases a membership, either via mijn.opendoek or at the reception desk of OPENDOEK’s registered office, the purchase of that membership becomes final once payment has been completed.

Right of withdrawal

If a membership or temporary insurance was purchased via mijn.opendoek, a 14‑day right of withdrawal applies from the moment of purchase.

Within this period, requested memberships and temporary insurances can be withdrawn by email to info@opendoek.be or by phone at +32 3 222 40 90.

  • If no use was made of the benefits of the requested membership and/or the requested temporary insurance did not apply to any date within these 14 days, the withdrawal is free of charge.
  • If you made use of the benefits of the requested membership within these 14 days and/or the temporary insurance applied to one or more dates during this period, OPENDOEK is entitled to a pro rata fee for the requested membership and/or temporary insurance.

If the requested or purchased memberships and temporary insurances are not withdrawn within 14 days of the purchase or request date, they will be considered final and payment will be due.
