Meeting room
The meeting room has a capacity of 16 people. It is equipped with a TV screen and ClickShare, making it suitable for hybrid meetings.
The OPENDOEK office is located at Italiëlei 6, 2000 Antwerp. This location serves as an open house where everyone is welcome. We are happy to make the facilities of our open house available to theatre enthusiasts and other (cultural) organisations.

The recording studio is a fully equipped black box space suitable for podcasts and webinars. Live streaming of webinars is also possible.
When using the recording equipment, you are required to work with a technician appointed by OPENDOEK.
The auditorium is not only a warm and welcoming meeting place, but also suitable for small‑scale events and gatherings, from presentations, annual meetings and lectures to workshops.
For advanced use of the sound and projection equipment, you are required to work with a technician appointed by OPENDOEK.

When using one of OPENDOEK’s spaces, still and sparkling water is included. In our auditorium, coffee and tea are also available (for a small fee).
All spaces offer free Wi‑Fi. A staff member is always on site and available to assist you with any questions.
